From Idea to Confirmed Design, Sample and Repeatable Order
LUX BOX turns packaging briefs into approved drawings, physical samples and consistent bulk orders. We make custom rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, paper tubes and fitted inserts for candle, fragrance, cosmetic and gift brands.
Pairing boxes with glassware? We can coordinate dimensions, inserts and samples around your jar or bottle.

Fitted inserts in EVA, paperboard or corrugated can be purchased without our boxes. Shopping bags, pouches, tissue, ribbons and labels are available to support a larger packaging project.

Product pages describe structures, not ready stock. Pricing is project-based: purchasing costs each enquiry, sales confirms the quotation and tooling may be quoted separately.
Materials · Printing · Finishes · Inserts
Coloured specialty paper can reduce dependence on large printed backgrounds, but stock shade and repeat supply become important.
Corrugated board serves mailers, shippers, displays and dividers, but those tasks do not share one universal material specification.
Corrugated fitments can use partitions and folded supports around products.
Design, Sampling & Approval
Our internal team prepares graphic layouts, conventional box designs and 3D visualisation. Complex structures involve factory technicians. 3D renders are shown as concepts, not finished products.
White structural samples and printed samples are available. Samples are normally paid, and international sample freight is generally paid by the customer.
Share what goes inside, approximate dimensions, style, quantity, branding and destination. Missing details are clarified progressively.
Purchasing costs the project, sales management confirms the quotation and the factory confirms lead time.
Drawings are approved before sampling. White structural or printed samples then test fit, finish and appearance.
A PPS is required before mass production. Production and lead-time counting begin after PPS approval; the approved sample and artwork guide QC.
Quality Control & Delivery
Factory QC checks bulk goods against the approved sample, specifications and agreed criteria. Failed goods are held for correction.
Independent inspection is possible by arrangement and is normally paid by the buyer.
Use your own forwarder or our shipping partners. EXW, FOB and CIF are common terms; DAP and DDP are reviewed case by case.

Glassware Pairing
For Bright Glassware projects, LUX BOX can coordinate glass vessels, boxes and inserts. Your original salesperson can remain your main contact while dimensions, samples and shipment arrangements are aligned, including separate deliveries when filling happens locally.
Start Your Enquiry
You do not need a finished technical specification. A product photo, rough dimensions and an estimated quantity are enough for our team to suggest structures and next steps.
