From brief to approved packaging
Begin with the actual vessel and closure or their confirmed drawings. Review the box and fitment together, approve the relevant samples and coordinate the delivery arrangement. Measure the complete vessel
Review actual jar or bottle dimensions, closure clearance and filled weight.
Develop the fit
Compare an outer-box structure with paperboard, corrugated or assessed foam support; check loading and removal.
Coordinate approval
Keep the vessel, insert and artwork versions aligned through the sample and pre-production approval process.
Plan deliveries
Confirm whether the components ship together or separately for local filling and assembly.
Can a vessel change be accepted after the box sample is approved?
Review the change against the box and fitment before acceptance. Keep the replacement profile and any revised sample linked to the order.
Does coordinated sourcing mean one contract and payment?
The companies normally quote, contract and receive payment separately. Any combined transaction needs a specifically reviewed arrangement.
