Buy the outer box and fitment as one layout
Custom box inserts address a product’s position inside an outer pack. A complete box-and-insert enquiry should define both components and their usable space. Compare folded paperboard, corrugated and assessed foam approaches around loading, contact areas and removal. A standalone insert order is also within LUX BOX’s scope when the existing outer-box dimensions are known.
Quote the outer pack and support on the same basis
A carton or wrapped rigid box can be paired with a separately developed fitment. Compare folded paperboard, corrugated and assessed EVA around the product’s contact zones, loaded weight and removal. Keep printing or decorative wrap separate from fitment engineering. Standalone insert orders can use an existing outer-box sample as the cavity reference.

Can I order the insert to fit a box I already use?
Yes. Provide the actual box’s usable internal dimensions or sample, the product profile and packing requirements. The existing box should be included in the fit check.
