Make the mailer work at dispatch and opening
Custom mailer boxes combine a folding layout with tabs, closure and branded panels. Review erection, insertion and sealing at the dispatch bench, then check the recipient’s opening sequence. A fitment may be needed for the actual product. Compare usable internal space with external parcel dimensions so graphic presentation does not create unnecessary empty volume.
Plan printed surfaces around the folded mailer
Choose the corrugated construction and identify outside and inside artwork separately. Review the folding tabs, closure and any fitment with the actual contents. A direct print and a laminated printed face sheet should be compared as different specifications. Confirm the delivered form and packing sequence before using the unit price as the whole cost comparison.

Can the inside of a mailer be printed too?
It can be included in the artwork and quotation review. Confirm the printed surfaces, board and converting layout, then approve the relevant sample.
