Seal End Boxes
Match seal-end flaps to the filling operation
Seal-end cartons require the intended end-closing process to be defined. Share whether sealing takes place on a machine or through an agreed manual operation and identify the relevant flap areas. Glue and artwork must be coordinated on the dieline. A printed shell alone does not establish the final sealing method or any tamper-evidence performance.
Keep adhesive areas out of unreviewed finishing
The end-flap design and intended sealing operation should establish the board, adhesive areas and artwork clearances. Discuss any film or coating where it could affect the proposed seal. Confirm the actual filling process with the technical team. A seal-end carton is not automatically a tamper-evident or liquid-tight package.

Can I order a seal-end carton before confirming the packing equipment?
The equipment or manual sealing requirements should be resolved first. Flap layout, loading and sealing areas need to suit the actual operation.
