Box Sleeves
Use a sleeve around a defined inner pack
Packaging sleeves provide printed identity while leaving a separately specified product or inner box to do other jobs. Define open ends, overlap, seam and fit around the real pack. A seasonal sleeve can support a shared inner structure, but the extra application step belongs in the cost comparison. Clarify whether the enquiry is for the sleeve alone or a complete box-and-sleeve set.
Specify the printed band as its own component
Paperboard selection should account for the inner pack, sleeve overlap and sliding fit. Offset artwork with a reviewed matte or gloss finish can be considered for a campaign or product identifier. Keep the seam and open ends explicit in the sample. A sleeve alone does not provide the closed cavity of an inner tray or carton.

How tight should a packaging sleeve fit?
It must suit loading, retention and removal on the actual inner pack. Approve the fitted sample rather than setting a universal clearance from a screen image.
