Candle Boxes with Inserts
Support the candle without hiding removal access
A candle insert should locate the vessel and leave a practical way to lift it out. Compare a folded paperboard support, corrugated fitment and assessed foam profile against the jar base, shoulder and lid. Decorative contact surfaces also need review where the jar is painted, coated or labeled. Quote the insert with the actual outer box so internal space is not allocated twice.
Compare fitment routes before decorating the box
Folded paperboard, corrugated support and assessed EVA foam create different retention and loading arrangements. Compare their actual profiles with the jar finish and intended removal action. The outer pack can be a carton or rigid presentation structure; its wrap or print finish is specified separately. Quote both usable box space and fitment thickness together.

Should a candle insert grip the lid?
Do not assume the lid is a load-bearing part of the jar. Agree suitable contact areas and test loading and removal with the complete candle sample.
