Reed Diffuser Boxes
Give reeds and bottle their own space
The reed bundle can determine pack height even when the diffuser bottle is compact. Establish the length, bundle size and bottle closure used for dispatch, then compare separate channels or compartments. The bottle must load without forcing the reeds into its cap area. Agree how the customer removes each part and how the components are identified during local filling.
Specify the tall carton and reed compartment
Printed paperboard can be reviewed around a bottle-and-reed layout, with a separate fitment or folded divider. Include the capped bottle height and the full reed bundle in the structural sample. Matte, gloss or selected logo finishes should be checked on the approved stock. The box design does not replace the bottle’s appropriate transport closure.

Can shorter reeds reduce the diffuser box height?
Only if the product owner approves that reed specification. Packaging dimensions should follow the agreed product and presentation, not an unapproved change to the diffuser components.
