Diffuser Boxes with Inserts
Locate the bottle and reed bundle independently
A diffuser fitment needs to account for a relatively heavy vessel and light, long reeds. Their support needs differ. Define the bottle contact zones, closure clearance and reed channel, then verify loading and removal in the actual outer box. If the bottle changes, review the fitment again even where the nominal liquid capacity is unchanged.
Fitment material follows bottle contact and loading
A paperboard channel, corrugated divider or assessed foam profile can be compared for the specified diffuser. The insert must fit the outer box as well as the product. Include the reed bundle and the transport closure in the sample. Material appearance does not establish compatibility with leaked fragrance or any verified transport protection.

Does the insert replace the diffuser’s transit closure?
No. Product containment depends on the bottle and appropriate closure. The fitment addresses position and support inside the reviewed packaging arrangement.
