Diffuser Folding Cartons
Make the diffuser carton practical to load locally
A diffuser folding carton should suit the filling team’s order of work. Establish whether the capped bottle and reeds enter together or separately, and whether a fitment is preloaded. Tall panels and the selected bottom need review with the filled weight. Confirm flat delivery, bundling and remaining assembly work before comparing the unit price with a formed rigid pack.
Compare carton closures before choosing the board
Straight tuck, reverse tuck and auto-lock bottom cartons can be assessed against the filled bottle and local loading sequence. Identify the board grade and usable space for reeds and fitment before approving printed panels. A matte or gloss finish is an optional surface decision; it should not determine the bottom construction or imply liquid containment.

Should the diffuser insert be assembled before loading the bottle?
Trial the proposed sequence with the filling team. The best order depends on the fitment, carton opening and reed compartment, not the printed carton alone.
