Frame the perfume bottle without loading the cap
Rigid perfume packaging should present the bottle and make removal straightforward. Define support zones around the actual bottle shape, with clearance for pumps, shoulders and decorative caps. The exterior opening and wrap can then be developed around that layout. A premium finish should not conceal an insert that makes customers pull the bottle by an unsecured cap.
Select the core, wrap and bottle support
Compare greyboard-based lid-and-base, drawer and hinged arrangements around the finished fragrance bottle. Printed wrap or specialty paper can be paired with reviewed foil and embossing details. Select the insert separately around the bottle’s permitted contact zones. The printed and structural sample should show cap clearance and removal without relying on the cap as a lifting point.

How do I choose a rigid layout for a sculpted perfume bottle?
Supply the full profile or an actual sample and identify acceptable contact areas. A simple bounding rectangle is not enough to define a fitment around an irregular bottle.
