Use local gloss where it helps the graphic

Spot UV highlights selected areas rather than coating the entire surface. Supply an explicit artwork layer and review it with the stock and underlying finish. Textured papers and combinations with foil need their own compatibility assessment. Avoid adding gloss detail where it obscures small text or complicates approval without a clear design purpose.
