Folding cartons offer printable retail packaging that can be supplied for local erection and filling. Compare tuck-end, auto-lock bottom, seal-end, sleeve and windowed constructions around the product and packing line.
Contract fillers, beauty brands and import buyers should establish the loading direction and bottom construction early. Straight and reverse tuck cartons organize the end flaps differently. An auto-lock bottom changes hand-erection steps. A seal-end carton requires a defined sealing operation. The most suitable choice depends on product weight, operator access and how the pack is closed after filling.
Paperboard grade, caliper and crease layout affect how the carton folds. Artwork needs to follow the approved dieline, including glue areas and the intended front panel. Changing to another board solely on the basis of similar grammage can alter folding and printing. For repeated SKU runs, keep the board specification and drawing version explicit so a reorder does not depend on a previous digital mockup alone.
Send container dimensions, packed weight, loading direction, filling method, proposed closure and artwork versions. Request a structural sample where the bottom action or fit is still unresolved.
For folding-carton procurement, plan around a usual 1,000-piece MOQ and 35-day production lead time. Final board, dieline and artwork approval form part of the confirmed order schedule.

Send the actual product dimensions, preferred structure, material and finish requirements, artwork or reference, estimated order quantity and destination country. LUX BOX will review the specification and sampling scope for your folding cartons project.
Compare the flap directions, visible panel arrangement, sheet layout and packing process on the proposed dieline. Neither name alone establishes the right choice for every product.
It changes bottom erection but still requires the complete pack to be loaded and closed. Trial the carton and insert with the receiving-site workflow.
Many folding-carton constructions are intended for flat delivery. Confirm whether it is glued, how it is bundled and what erection or sealing work remains at the receiving site.
