Cosmetic Folding Cartons
Design the cosmetic carton for the finished container
Retail beauty cartons need a clear relationship between the primary container, filling process and approved artwork. Establish cap or pump clearance and check the chosen bottom action. Keep the visible panel orientation consistent across the range. Brand and regulatory teams should approve the artwork information independently of the structural sample so a dieline approval is not mistaken for label approval.
Match the paperboard and carton closure to filling
Straight tuck, reverse tuck, auto-lock bottom and other suitable closures can be compared for the finished cosmetic container. Choose the actual board grade and caliper against that dieline. Offset-printed panels and optional matte or gloss finishes require a matching sample. Artwork approval and primary-container fit approval remain distinct decisions in the release process.

Can the structural sample be approved before final cosmetic artwork?
Yes, the scopes can be separated. Use the structure trial to confirm fit and loading, then approve the final printed files and relevant production sample before bulk manufacture.
