Corrugated Inserts
Develop corrugated supports with the full pack
Corrugated inserts can use fluted-board dividers, cradles or folded supports to locate products. The cut profile and assembly matter as much as the material name. Include the product, retail pack and outer carton in the review where transit protection is part of the brief. Standalone inserts can be quoted for a confirmed existing cavity and packing method.
Name the corrugated insert construction
Specify the fluted-board arrangement, cut profile and assembly sequence with the product load. Distinguish a simple divider from a cradle intended to locate vulnerable items. Printed branding is secondary to the contact and support layout. Where transport protection is required, agree evaluation of the complete pack instead of treating a flute name as evidence.

Does a corrugated divider alone establish glass protection?
No. The full product and packaging arrangement must be assessed for the agreed handling conditions. Divider material alone is not a test result.
