Structure
Paper-wrapped rigid box construction. Starting formats include lid-and-base, shoulder/neck, drawer and magnetic book-style boxes. Suitability, construction details and opening clearance are confirmed against your vessel and sample.
Dimensions
Specify the vessel diameter or length and width, overall height including lid, and packed weight. Box dimensions and insert clearances are confirmed during design and sampling; no standard sizes are listed.
Order quantity
Regular MOQ is around 1,000 pieces for most products; the final requirement depends on the specification. Smaller runs require approval.
Timing
Confirmed for the agreed specification; production timing starts after pre-production sample approval.
Customization
Discuss box dimensions, opening style, paper wrap, printed artwork, foil or embossing, and an insert matched to the vessel. Finishes and material combinations require project review. White structural and printed samples are normally paid; sample freight is generally buyer-paid.
Packing & shipping
Confirm whether the rigid box is for retail presentation, gifting or inclusion in a shipping pack. Outer packing and freight arrangements are reviewed separately for the destination and handling needs.
